Really Simple Syndication (RSS) is a way to distribute and receive headlines and other web content to your desktop. Instead of having to go back to a website to see what's new, you can have new information delivered to you.
It's also a great way to search for information on something. For instance, you may wish to open the "LiveSmart BC - Events" RSS Feed in your web browser or RSS reader and run a search for events that are happening in "Victoria" for example.
Getting started with RSS
Step 1: Click here for instructions on how to download an RSS reader.
Step 2: Open/Subscribe to the 
"LiveSmart BC - Climate Action News" RSS Feed.
Step 3: Open/Subscribe to the "LiveSmart BC - Events" RSS Feed.
